    I'm still working on making this product function for me.  The proper steps are more extensive then what it says on the bottle, but once I got those I've seen progress.  What is out of this world is customer service!  If you are having any trouble or think you had a bad reaction to the product or need any tips on how to take acne issues a step further, I highly suggest you send them an email.  They're awesome!
