Please note that unfortunately UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Packages with PO Box destination will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Any refusal of delivery will result in the return to abandonment of the package.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY   

Biba de Sousa ships to multiple international destinations, but many countries do not allow import of cosmetics. We will advise clients if this situation arises.  The order will be cancelled immediately and funds will be refunded to the customer.

Our International Shipping carrier is UPS, except in certain countries, such as Canada and Iceland where we ship with USPS.  International Shipping Rates vary and are available at checkout. Please note that shipping rates do not include import taxes and duty fees. 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are an additional charge calculated by each country’s Customs Department and vary by country.  These fees are collected when the package is delivered by the mail carrier.  Biba de Sousa is not responsible for any Duties or Taxes. We strive to soon provide international distribution, but at this time the customer has to assume the import tax and duty fees.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically packed and shipped out from our facility within 48 hours. 

Orders placed Friday after 12 noon through Sunday will ship out Monday.  We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery with UPS.  Second day delivery implies second BUSINESS day. If the delivery date falls on Saturday, it will in fact take place on Monday.

Biba de Sousa is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as delay on shipper's part, inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping related issues.

Under any circumstance, Biba de Sousa is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

RETURNS

All sales are final at this time, Esthetic Underground, Inc./BIBA Los Angeles does not offer returns, with the exception of damaged shipped items or order processing errors. 

Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to Allergic Reaction. We sympathize with the occurrence of a true allergy and advise that the customer contacts a medical professional for thorough allergy testing to prevent future instances.
