AFTER CLEANSING, SPRITZ YOUR FACE WITH THE HYDRATING TONER (WITH EYES CLOSED).
YOU CAN ALSO APPLY WITH A COTTON PAD OR APPLY BY SPRAYING THE TONER INTO THE PALM OF YOUR HAND AND PATTING YOUR FINGERTIPS ONTO YOUR FACE.
